Chris Dutton

Experienced in delivering integrated marketing and creative solutions that incorporate tangible print, large format and new media for both public and private sector businesses; Chris has worked with the likes of Tesco, Scottish & Newcastle Breweries, Business Link and ASDA. An extensive portfolio of property development companies can also be added to his credentials and he gained recognition in the North of England for some of the most innovative marketing campaigns. Chris has a fresh approach gaining knowledge and experience in many areas of business, and has fronted a number of successful agencies.

Romilly Bean

Rom has over 17 years experience in the design industry having began his career as a junior designer for an agency in Sydney, Australia. He has worked with a number of major clients such as the BBC, Bradford and Bingley, Leeds International Film Festival and Knight Frank, to name a few. Rom has a background that transcends both agency and freelance projects and will take responsibility for continuing Kohd’s dramatic growth and developing its creative profile on a national basis.


Craig Melia

With a background in software development across many levels Craig shifted his focus primarily to web-based technologies in the mid 1990s and has provided design, development and consultation for several national and international companies, as well as working on a number of open-source projects. He has been a Technical Director for a national online Risk Management Agency, he has also maintained an interest with a number of high profile internet community projects.

Tony Speight

Tony’s thirty years of experience as a commercial photographer allows him to successfully project manage pretty much anything we can throw at him – both in the studio and out on location. He has worked on accounts for blue chip nationals such as Tesco and Dunlop Slazenger, covering a broad spectrum of styles and subject matter from Food and PR to Mail Order and Advertising. At his best under pressure Tony brings a ‘can do’ attitude to the team and thrives on the challenge and variety of each new project.

Jane Munro

Jane is responsible for the money bit. Her wealth of experience in commercial finance and accounting makes her eminently qualified for this position. She also acts as Office Manageress ensuring the smooth running of the administrational side of the business and enhancing the corporate image of an efficient and professional organisation.
